Living here has been hell, despite all the promises made when I viewed the apartment. It did suit my needs because it's right in the city centre, but the viewing agent was rude and blunt. Strangers from the street often sit in the downstairs lobby, and I feel unsafe coming back from work. Several of my parcels went missing, even though tracking showed them signed for by people named "Sue" and "Sophie". One was worth over £300. When I reported this at the front desk, they laughed and didn't take it seriously. Staff from management and maintenance also let themselves into my apartment several times. When I raised it, I was told they'd got the apartment number wrong. That made me feel very unsafe too. Sue, one of the women in the office, tried to take a large amount from my security deposit for wall marks that were already there when I moved in, as well as stained couch cushions. The advertised events were just other residents selling things: a few weeks before I moved out, kids were selling brownies and another woman was selling candles. If you're thinking of renting here, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere unless you're fine with staff letting themselves in, parcels going missing, strangers trying to follow you into the building, and those kinds of events. I hope the building gets staff who actually like working there, instead of seeming depressed most of the time and laughing in your face when you bring up valid concerns.

The apartment itself was the only nice thing about this building. Living here was horrible, and next time I'll do my research first. The apartment beside mine was being used as an Airbnb. When I asked staff about it, they said confidentiality meant they couldn't tell me. On two separate occasions, other people who lived in the building came into my flat because there was a problem with the fob. Security were extremely helpful, but when I reported it during the day, staff laughed it off like this happened all the time and said they wouldn't do anything unless I told the police. I was told the residents would be young professionals and families, but it's full of students and Airbnb guests who leave rubbish in the hallways and dog waste in the lifts. I find the management truly disgusting, and I can't wait to move out. If you're unsure about living here, choose somewhere else. Update: after reading other reviews, I realised my parcels had gone missing too, and the desk was no help. I don't know if they steal parcels, but an expensive pair of shoes disappeared.

A big thank you to the accommodation team for all their support. Yinka, Sophie, and Sapphire deserve a special mention. They've been so friendly and professional, and always willing to help when I needed it. Their efforts made my stay much easier and more comfortable. I really appreciate everything they've done.

This was by far the worst place I've rented in Liverpool, and I've been here for years. Don't rent here if you don't want to feel scammed. The front desk was never helpful. I asked several times during my tenancy for a copy of the letterbox key because my flatmate had the only one, but they never helped, and I couldn't get any parcels delivered there either. I took over someone else's tenancy, but staff refused to have my spaces professionally cleaned and said I had to pay for it myself. Then, at the end of my tenancy, they tried to charge me for that same cleaning. They also tried to take our deposit over “pet hair” on the couch and a tiny mattress stain, claiming the whole item needed replacing when it really didn't. All of this could have been sorted with a deep clean using professional equipment, which they have in the building. Instead, right up to the end, they try to squeeze money out of people, even though renting here is already extremely expensive.
