We had a lovely stay, and the rooms were great, with comfy beds that smelled really nice. I was organising an overnight hen do for 21 people across six rooms, which was a huge job, but the Truman Court team made it much easier. They were responsive by email, helpful, and happy to deal with my many questions and requests beforehand. If I’m back in Liverpool, this will be the first place I check, and I’d recommend it to others.

The room looked nice, but there were several problems. We were in the basement, the shower pressure was weak, and the bins hadn’t been emptied before we arrived. Getting checked in was a hassle, involving an app download and codes. Even though we’d prepaid, they asked for our credit card to pay for the rooms. We’ll choose somewhere with proper service next time.

The apartment was clean and had plenty of amenities for our stay. It’s also handy for shopping, with lots of options and only about a ten minute walk from the centre. The bed sits quite low and the mattress felt very firm to us, though that’s down to personal preference. We had a great stay at Trueman court.

I was in Liverpool from London for work and found Trueman Court Serviced Apartments really convenient. It’s close to the city centre and waterfront, but the area itself is quiet. The apartment was beautifully designed and furnished, with everything I could want for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were the standout, very helpful and accommodating, and made me feel at home while sorting out any issues. Great value for money. I’d highly recommend it for businesses arranging comfortable, convenient work stays for their staff.
