We were warmly welcomed on arrival, shown to our room, and given an explanation of the service. The food was excellent, and the surroundings were clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The ground floor room was spotless, with lovely fittings, a comfortable bed, and a bay window with easy chairs, which was a great extra. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, from help-yourself starters to a full hot main cooked by Simon. The hotel sits on a quiet, tree-lined road, with a five minute walk to the town centre and a private car park. Simon and his staff were caring and always had time to say hello. We had a lovely long weekend at this gem, and will be back. Highly recommended.

Brigstock House is in a quiet part of Llandudno, with the seafront only about a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are scrupulously clean and well furnished, and breakfast was good quality. They were happy to refill our tea whenever we asked.

Breakfast was good, and the host was a friendly guy. Brigstock house was spotless, set on a quiet street that still felt central. Our room wasn't huge, but it was more than adequate. Llandudno is a great place to visit, and I'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay, and it felt like good value for money. The room was cute, with a lovely view of the stars at night, and the service was warm from beginning to end. It was also an ideal base for sightseeing and getting to Conway Castle.
