Grafton Guest Accommodation

We’ve already booked to come back three times next year, and may fit in another weekend too. The Grafton is such a relaxing place to enjoy Llandudno, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Our sea view room had two comfortable chairs by the window, perfect for watching the sea and people on the promenade. It’s a short walk into town and about twenty minutes on foot to the pier. The period building sits right on the seafront, with beautifully decorated rooms that were spotless. There’s tea, coffee, a kettle, a hairdryer and extra blankets if needed. Takeaway food can be eaten in the dining room downstairs. Breakfast was amazing, with cereals, pastries and yoghurts, followed by a cooked breakfast of your choice. Laurie’s farm-fresh poached eggs were perfectly cooked every time. Paul made sure we had enough to eat and drink, and we had lovely conversations with them both. They’re very friendly and professional, and it’s clear they care about their home and business.

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a lovely time. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront, with lovely views of Llandudno in both directions. It’s a 15-20 minute walk or a five-minute drive to the centre, and less than ten minutes to Conwy and other nearby places. The rooms were clean, spacious and lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety. The common room was handy for takeaways, and we also used it to play games. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and really helpful.

Laurie and Paul made our weekend at The Grafton, Llandudno feel warm and easy from the moment we arrived. They remembered our names, carried our bags upstairs and showed us around the room, even pointing out the hair dryer. They also shared great suggestions for places to eat at the top end of the seafront. There was an information pack in the room with lots of Llandudno history. We’re big history fans, and people who know me know I love turning historical facts into little stories, so I really enjoyed reading it. We’d happily stay here again.

Laurie and Paul made breakfast really enjoyable every morning. The B&B was cosy, quiet and very clean. I’d highly recommend it.
