The location was quiet and parking was no problem. Fiona and Paul were great hosts, and the rooms were very clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was cooked fresh with local produce, with cereals and fresh fruit to choose from. Their homemade marmalade tasted better than anything shop-bought. We booked two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We'll be back.

Breakfasts were delicious and a lovely way to start each day. Our room was fantastic, nicely decorated and well maintained, just what we wanted for a long weekend. Paul and Fiona made us feel welcome throughout our stay in Llandudno. We were travelling after work, and their flexibility around check-in really saved us and made everything much easier. I'd thoroughly recommend staying here.

The room was a decent size, very clean, and I loved the decor. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was nicely presented and hot. The full Welsh breakfast was beautiful, cooked perfectly and tasted great. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was no curfew for coming and going. The location is great, close to the beach and town. Parking wasn't ideal, as we had to leave the car just around the corner, but that was fine since we didn't have much to carry. I stayed one night for my birthday weekend and would definitely return for another short stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and breakfast was good and served quickly. This is a good standard for a B&B near the beach, and the hosts get on well with quite a few regulars. If you're new, it might take them a little longer to warm to you. We found the room cold on arrival, but it warmed up before long. The beds were very firm, perhaps orthopaedic, and we struggled to sleep because we're not used to that. The property isn't far from the beach or the main High Street.

Music from the kitchen at 7:30 woke us in room 4. I complained to Paul and Fiona Cocks, but they ignored my concerns. If you complain, you'll be ignored and made to feel like an outcast. Terrible place. Stay away, there are plenty of nicer places to choose from.
