This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in Llandudno. My room was warm and lovely, with crisp, fresh towels and bed linen. The place feels cared for, with bright, fresh paintwork, and the staff are warm and friendly. My friend had a full breakfast and said it was lovely. A few weeks ago I stayed in another Llandudno hotel, where the room was freezing and I ended up with a cold. I’ll stay here again.

Room 5 was warm, cosy and very clean, with a comfortable bed, a nice bath and shower, a large wardrobe and a big chest of drawers. The hotel has a lovely big lounge with a big TV, and it’s decorated very nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of security cameras, which made me feel safe. It’s right on the Llandudno seafront, just a two-minute walk to the shoreline and about ten minutes to the shops and pier. At £50 a night, it was cheap and lovely. I’d stay again.

Everything’s close by, so the hotel is in a very convenient central spot. The rooms were very small, and the washroom was compact too. The kettle in the room was dirty, which was disappointing, and parking costs extra when it would ideally be included. Those issues made the stay average for me.

Robert gave us the best welcome, and we had a nice room and view with a great breakfast. Dinner was acceptable. Checkout was a bit disappointing, though. I pointed out a bar bill that had been missed, but nobody thanked me, and I felt like a nuisance for mentioning it. Even so, I’d happily return.

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is in a great spot for getting around. My ground-floor room, room 1, was lovely and cosy, more like a room in someone’s house than a hotel bedroom. The lounge, bar and dining room were lovely too. I’d definitely stay again.
