Premier Inn Llanelli Central West

The hotel’s well placed for visiting my family more often, and I’d recommend it. On arrival, the staff were very welcoming. My room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially clean and comfortable too. I’ll definitely use it again.

This was our second stay, and it was even better than the first. We didn’t add breakfast this time, though we had it on our first visit and it was very good. After we’d had a difficult day, the night staff member Jayne went above and beyond for us.

The estuary and lake around Llanelli make for a really beautiful location, and the staff were friendly. My room was next to the kitchens of the adjacent restaurant, though, and the extractor’s steady hum was irritating in the evening and early morning. The room was clean and tidy, and it did have air conditioning, but it felt like a standard older-generation Premier Inn. The TV was so small it seemed to need binoculars. I was there for business.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and Mark and the team deserve credit for their excellent customer service. The staff were great and so helpful arranging a taxi or minibus for our group.
