The hotel is large, with plenty of room to relax. I stayed eight days, and the staff were really sweet, friendly and helpful. The meals were lovely, with a good menu, and breakfast had a good menu too.

The breakfast was small, the mushrooms tasted odd, and the tea was too strong. The waitress dropped the toast on the floor, put it back on the table while she went to get replacements, and I left still hungry. It presents itself as an upscale eaty dinebar cafè, but my morning meal was disappointing.

It's a lovely-looking, very modern place, and even though it wasn't very busy last night, there were enough people for a nice atmosphere. The drinks cost a lot, though. A pint and a half pint of beer left me with barely any change from a tenna, so that's why I'm giving it 3*.

The chips were so, so good! All the meals were homemade and really nice, and the staff were very friendly. What a place.

We stopped in for a morning coffee. The coffee itself was fine, but the place felt a bit rundown and had an unpleasant smell. I wouldn't go back.
