The Saturday booking changed after we arrived. We messaged to find out how to enter the house, and she said it was next door but one and sent the key safe code. We were also asked to leave the money in the caravan since we'd be out when she arrived. Later that afternoon, she texted to say she'd double booked and asked if we minded staying in the caravan. We weren't happy, but had no choice. There was no face-to-face contact during our stay. We'd originally tried to book the house for two nights, but it was full on Friday, so we were offered the caravan that night and a house room on Saturday. The shower and kitchen block had spiders everywhere, and there was a dead moth in the bottom of the fridge.

I was so pleased with the welcome. Gaina is the loveliest host I've ever stayed with, and I couldn't have asked for a better reception. Thank you!
