The people serving us were so lovely, and everything was sensibly priced. We only stopped for coffee and a beer, but both were delicious. The sausage roll was especially good, with a really nice roll and a couple of superb sausages. Just go there!

We’d just come back from a boat trip with North Coast Sea Tours, and this was a perfect place to eat afterwards. It was still open at 6pm, which matters around here, and the atmosphere and service were relaxed. The prices were reasonable, and all the picky kids found something they liked and finished: turkey bap, fish and chips, sausage and chips, and a Cajun chicken burger.

They fitted our large group in at short notice and were thoughtful about allergies and dietary needs. The seafood was amazing, and the portions were generous for the fair prices. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Strongly recommend!

The staff were welcoming and polite, and the restaurant itself is nice. Takeaway haddock is £9.95 for a small portion and £12.95 for a normal one. We tried the fish and chips, which were quite nice. The kids' portion was £8.50 and the other main was £16.95; both plates were surprisingly close in size, with just a few more chips in the larger meal. Compared with nearby restaurants, this place is cheaper and affordable. If you’re not a big eater, the kids' meal is less expensive and will still fill you up.

Fresh produce, cooked well, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area.
