The room treats were a lovely extra, and the breakfast was spot on. Rhona was a lovely, helpful host, and the location was perfect with a great view. Such a nice B&B :)

We loved the pod, which was perfectly equipped, and Rhona was friendly and helpful. The coastal village is stunning, just off the main NC500 route, with lots to see and do around Assynt and further afield. It might have been useful to have some of the host's personal suggestions for things to do, but it wasn't a problem for us. The visitor centre in Ullapool is fantastic and well worth a visit. Our own highlights were Knockan Crag, the boat tour at Kylesku, and Ardvreck castle. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Rhonda really goes out of her way to make guests feel at home and make a stay in Lochinver memorable. The accommodation was spotless, the beds comfortable, and breakfast excellent. There’s also a new big TV with Netflix. 😊

Really well equipped, and none of that IKEA stuff.

After long days exploring the NC500, it was lovely to have such a relaxing evening in the pod. We picked up pies from Lochinver Larder, along with mash potatoes and veg, cooked dinner there, and had a bottle of wine. The next night we prebooked Peets, just a short walk away, and had an excellent meal. The owner was friendly, and so was Rusty the dog. This is a great base for exploring the area, including Bone caves and wailing widow falls. We booked for two nights and found the pod beautiful and super clean, with an amazing amount packed into it. It had everything we needed, including a surprisingly large shower, plenty of toiletries, a full-size oven and fridge, a double bed, a corner seating area, a TV with Netflix, and a deck with seating overlooking the harbour. I'd highly recommend staying here.
