We came here for a meal after our wedding and everyone thought their food was lovely. It was five-star, and Erin gave us great service. The table looked beautifully decorated. The manager was a little short with our guests, though they may have been under stress. The hotel is dog friendly, which is great if you have a dog. Our bedroom felt a bit tired, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Room service was listed in the guest book, but when we asked, we were told they don't offer it.

The views from our room were perfect, and everything about it felt right. We spent the last two nights at the Dryfesdale Hotel and I wouldn't change a thing. The food was hot and delicious, and I even went back for more haggis. I'd happily recommend it and would definitely return. Give it a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We stopped for one night while travelling from Pembrokeshire to Scotland, and the stay was superb. The evening meal was delicious, and breakfast came with plenty of food and lots of choice for different needs. Our room was pleasant and spacious, with a comfortable bed. There were complimentary bathroom bits and bobs, and the tea tray was fully stocked. The staff were wonderful and the service was great. I'd love to come back.

We were here for a friend's wedding, and the scenery made it a beautiful spot. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a fan in case it got too warm. I didn't feel safe getting out of the shower because there was no bath mat. That's my only criticism, and I'd recommend the hotel otherwise.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was nice, and service was good. But the room made the stay unpleasant. It was clean, yet very dated, and at £130 a night I didn't think it was acceptable. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the decor reminded me of an old person's home. If we hadn't been there for a wedding, I might have complained or left. They have refurbished rooms for about £50 extra per night, but I wouldn't pay that. Maybe try a Premier Inn or another nearby chain.
