It’s a nice area, with lots of shops nearby and the centre close by. Paddington station and the bus stop are only 3 minutes away. The room was small, but clean and warm, and the hosts were very kind, greeting me in Greek every day. I’d been worried after reading so many negative comments, but everything turned out fine. I’d gladly stay again.

The people working here are the real highlight. They treat you like the most important person in the world, and they speak many languages, which must be reassuring for guests who don’t speak English. On our first stretch of the trip we had a small, somewhat tired room, though it was spotless. When we returned, they upgraded us to a lovely apartment with a full kitchen, washing machine, hob and oven. The location is perfect too. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I come to London.

Being close to Paddington station was the biggest advantage. You can get anywhere from there, and the location really helped us. We were on the 3rd floor and had a good stay. I saw comments about lower-floor rooms, so if you can, ask for a higher floor. The room was nice overall, though a bit small. Water pressure was poor and there was no fridge. Still, I’d recommend the hotel.

Paddington station is just a 3-minute walk away, and Bond St is about 25 minutes on foot. Check-in and check-out were efficient, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the shower was good. Really happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

The location is great, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant. The rooms were lovely and clean. I’m giving 4 stars because breakfast didn’t feel worth the price. It could use another coffee machine and better sausages. 😃
