Adria Hotel

Getting around was easy, with access to four Underground lines and several buses nearby. Our family room had three beds, a closet, mini fridge, fan, and kettle, plus mugs, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and biscuits. The rooms were decent. There were some frustrations, though. The bathroom was small and smelled of damp towels even after it had been cleaned, and the hot and cold water was inconsistent. The stairs were narrow, and after breakfast our key wouldn't open the door. There was nobody at the desk that morning to help.

We came for two footy matches, and the location worked really well, close to the Underground and within walking distance of the Thames. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the stay was great value. A great time all around.

The location suited us perfectly, and they gave helpful advice about parking. We had a quiet room at the back, away from traffic noise, and the service was friendly and helpful. The room was very small. At night, the bathroom light and fan switched on automatically whenever you went in, which disturbed us. The floorboards creaked too, so we could hear people upstairs from early morning.

The steep stairs were the one downside. Otherwise, I had a comfortable bed and everything I might need, including a small safe. The staff were super, and the hotel is in a lovely residential part of Hammersmith, just a few minutes' walk from the Underground and beside a lovely pub with a good menu. Would I stay again? Yes.
