I've never had a burger taste like a tyre before. The meat was too chewy and overcooked, and nobody came to my table to ask if the food was okay. Thanks so much.

The room was set up nicely for our meeting, and it was handy to have a drink while we were there. Afterwards we stayed to socialise in the bar over a few more drinks. We didn't eat this time, though we have after previous meetings. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming as ever.

Freddie and Eilidh looked after us so well, with friendly, thoughtful service that never felt intrusive. They made us feel right at home, and our pup got loads of kisses and head scratches. From the moment we came in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was amazing too. A wonderful meal, with excellent service and so much warmth and care. Highly recommended!

As a disabled person who isn't in a wheelchair, I pressed the advertised button to call an assistant for the lift, but nobody came. I waited outside until I spotted a waiter clearing tables, and he was helpful and arranged a temporary ramp. I'd advise disabled people to arrange things before going. That was the only negative, though. My friend and I both enjoyed Sunday lunch. I had the roast beef, which tasted delicious, and the portion was just right. The staff were friendly and helpful.
