Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

I didn’t mind that there was no daily room service, since I prefer not to be disturbed, and the staff were friendly whenever I needed them. I booked three nights to visit the National Archives at Kew. Although the hotel is beside a motorway, I never heard any traffic noise, and getting around by bus or cab was easy. The room was spacious and decent, with the feel of a regular apartment and hotel-level facilities, so it was good value for a longer stay. Special thanks to Manisha and Vanisha for handling my business so smoothly.

We stayed at Adagio Aparthotel Brentford three times, May 15-18, May 23-26, and May 29-31. Elena and Andrew were the standout part of each visit: warm, professional, and attentive. Elena especially helped make our stays more enjoyable, and Adi and Elena also sorted luggage storage whenever we checked out and came back for another stay. That made the travel logistics much easier. The hotel is easy to reach from Heathrow Airport (LHR) by Tube and bus. Bus stops are under a five-minute walk away, while a few train and Tube stations are about 20 minutes on foot. We ate at The Brook, less than a 15-minute walk away, and had dinner at Novotel one evening. After we’d paid and were walking back to Adagio, a staff member ran after my wife saying we hadn’t settled the bill. Luckily, it was cleared up quickly! 😂😂🤷🏽‍♂️ Our emails before and during the stays got quick replies, which we appreciated. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, though nothing special. As an Accor Gold member, we didn’t feel very recognized, and the complimentary welcome drink choices were so limited that we picked bottled water each time. On-site laundry was handy, detergent included, but £7.50 per wash and dry cycle felt a bit steep. We had a good experience overall and would consider coming back. The hotel is comfortable and conveniently placed, and the staff made a real difference.

Jason looked after us so well, we really couldn’t ask for better service. The breakfast was good, with English-style choices, other options, and especially tasty cookies. Our room was tidy, with a full kitchen, a large bathroom, and a nice veranda. We spent seven days in London and enjoyed every one. The hotel’s location worked well, about a 45-minute trip to central London by public transport. We’d come back if we visit London again.

I’m here nearly every month, and Heena, Vishal, Manisha, Ada, and Monica have been great hosts each time. When anything comes up, they’re quick to help and make things easier. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has nearly everything I need, including a stove, microwave, gym, and laundry. Central London is easy to reach on the Piccadilly Line. South Ealing station is a 20-minute walk or a five-minute bus ride away. It’s a real hidden gem.
