Arch Hotel

We were a family group of 10 over the bank holiday weekend, spread across three rooms. The hotel was clean and in an amazing location, and having air conditioning and a fan was useful. The car parking was convenient for us, though it’s chargeable. Thanks for a lovely stay, we can’t wait to come back.

Please read this. On May 22nd 2026, my son was travelling alone and had booked into this hotel. At around half past midnight, while he was asleep, a hotel employee entered his room without warning. He was terrified and called me, so I posted reviews on several platforms to warn others. Afterward, several staff members approached him and kept pressuring him to remove them. I took the reviews down because I wanted to keep my son safe. Imagine this happening to your child, your son or, worse, your daughter, with a male staff member entering while she’s asleep in bed. Do not book this hotel.

The staff were rude and unfriendly from the moment we arrived, and the key fob broke as soon as we tapped it. The room was a real letdown compared with the pictures online, which felt misleading. The walls are thin with no soundproofing, so you can hear everything. Other guests were inconsiderate, and we could even hear people having sex in the rooms above us. It was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

best london stay i’ve had! the location was spot on, and the staff were amazing. there’s 24-hour security and room service too. i’ll definitely stay again!
