I felt very safe in the Westminster area, especially traveling alone, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and well kept. The staff were friendly and attentive. Having a restaurant downstairs was handy, and my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, too. The location is excellent, close to a metro station, so getting around was easy. I thought it offered good value and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

We got to check in early, and the room was exceptionally spacious compared with other four-star London hotels I’ve stayed in. The bath was divine, nearly big enough to lie down in, and the flooring outside it was heated. The cafe downstairs was pleasant and high quality, with fairly reasonable prices. It’s near Victoria station and within walking distance of several good restaurants and parks. The only small drawback was the loft, which meant several flights of stairs with a suitcase. For me, the walk was worth it. I expect I’ll book here for the whole trip next time I’m in London.

The private dining room was a lovely spot for an intimate family gathering after our wedding ceremony. The food and service were great, and the whole evening went incredibly smoothly.

The event space downstairs was ideal for my 40th birthday. It has a private bar with dedicated staff, and we could play our own music. The corkage and cakeage deal let me personalize the party, too. The decor is really cool, with fun art and mismatched furniture. Staff were attentive, professional, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks were high quality at a good price. I’d highly recommend holding a private party here. Thank you! Lucy
