For a three-star London hotel, not having air conditioning during this heatwave is shocking. With temperatures reaching 30°C, having only a fan in the room was unbearable. Once I noticed there was no AC after booking, I asked for a refund, but they refused and pointed to their “non-refundable” policy. They said it was my fault for missing the lack of amenities, and showed no interest in making the stay better. It feels like more London hotels are locking people into non-refundable bookings while offering too little in basic services, customer support, and essential amenities. I’d advise people to look elsewhere. This place seems to put strict policies ahead of guest comfort and professional service.

There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby, and the location is perfect. The staff were amazing, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. A rare gem. Highly recommended!

The staff were the best part of our stay. They were welcoming and went out of their way to help us have a good visit. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms for a short stay, and a perfect location for a London weekend. The furniture is a little dated, but everything was very clean and the bathroom spotless. Water pressure was excellent. The only small drawbacks were no mirror by the power outlets and poor sound insulation between rooms. We'd definitely return.

We skipped breakfast after reading some critical reviews, since there are plenty of good cafes nearby. Watchhouse was our favorite, and Ivy cafe was good too. The hotel itself was modern, clean, spacious enough, and very well placed near Oxford Street in the attractive Marylebone area. We'd choose it again.

The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The hotel was spotless, well designed, and very comfortable, with a perfect location for getting around. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded my expectations. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
