The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed living alone as a student. I stayed for three years and had a really positive experience. Management handled maintenance requests quickly, put on regular student events, and seemed to genuinely care about each resident. They respected our privacy and were attentive whenever we needed support. 💝

The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of London with easy access to everything in the city. The property and management feel lovely, and it’s felt like home. Haider has been friendly and very helpful, making things run smoothly. I’d highly recommend it if you want convenience, comfort and value.

We booked a studio through Expedia for three nights. The pictures and reviews looked okay, but the basement room we got was full of mould, with a damp carpet and a horrible smell. We slept there one night because we couldn’t get hold of the property, and we both got sick from the mould. All our belongings picked up that stench. The concierge was friendly but couldn’t do much, since he didn’t know which room was booked or when. The house rules are strict about extra guests beyond those registered, yet there was a Korean guy sleeping in the hall while his friend, who’d rented a room, spent time with his girlfriend. The guy was kicked out into the hallway. Because the room was booked through different agencies, nobody took responsibility for our complaint. A month later we were still waiting on the refund. Three months later, everyone was still pointing fingers and the refund still hadn’t been paid.

There was only one toilet roll for two of us, and the kitchen had just one of everything: a fork, a glass, a plate, and so on. We had to bring more toilet paper from outside. There were no hangers in the wardrobe either, so we used wall hooks and worried things might fall onto the filthy floor. The carpet looked dirty and heavily stained, like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly in ages. I was reluctant even to put my feet on it. The wall behind the bed was stained too, possibly with something organic. The main door took a shoulder shove to open or close, and the toilet and shower doors were difficult to operate. It wasn’t comfortable at all. I strongly advise against renting here.
