The manager blamed me for making the room dirty when I got in touch, instead of apologizing. Some 'perfect' customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; maybe the hygiene office could shut it down for good. I arrived late in the evening, took off my shoes, and stepped in something sticky that looked like oil. The apartment carpet had loads of smudges and seemed never to have been washed. The sink was blocked, so the water wouldn't drain. The whole place was so filthy I was afraid to touch anything, and the bed was disgusting and impossible to sleep on. It's the dirtiest place I've ever seen, really revolting.

For work, the location was perfect, and the room did the job for a night away. It's basic, though, and a bit overpriced for what you get. Several things were problematic in the small rooms, and the showers all seemed to need maintenance. Adequate, but only just.

The bed was mostly springs, and there wasn't any toilet paper. A spider ran over the pillow as I walked in, which wasn't great. The room had the things you need, but there was plenty of wear and tear, and the floors weren't properly clean. I'm not sure that carpet could ever be clean. I was there for business, and if you're desperate, I suppose it'll do, but I wouldn't stay again.

It's very handy for the station, but I won't stay again. The room was tiny, with hardly any space, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. I had to call twice to get the entry key code. Customer service was very poor.
