The noise is constant, day and night, because there’s basically no soundproofing. Heating and hot water also go off like clockwork, leaving you freezing for 24 hours or more at least twice a month. Parcels are left unsecured at the concierge desk, where anyone could take them, and management makes you waive liability. I wouldn’t risk having a phone, laptop, or passport delivered here. Privacy is another concern: management gives contractors keys, so people can let themselves into your flat without your knowledge or consent. For the eye-watering rent, you get mice, appliances that are 13+ years old, and a bath or shower that never drains properly. The landlord won’t fix the drainage system despite taking around half a million pounds a month in rent from all the flats. The building is sold as modern and luxury, but it feels exploitative. They bring in thousands from each flat and won’t spend on basic repairs or security. Avoid this place unless you enjoy stress, inconvenience, and being treated like a rent payment instead of a person. The only luxury is the landlord’s bank account.

The flat is spacious for London, with plenty of storage and a balcony, and the location is great for walking to Stratford Station. We recently moved into One Eighty, and my partner and I are really grateful for how accommodating and responsive Cansev and her team have been. A few pieces of furniture were missing, probably because previous tenants had brought their own, but Cansev ordered replacements within a day of us asking.

We’d recommend One Eighty Stratford to families and professionals who want to live in London with good transport links to the city centre. Of all the apartments we’ve lived in, this building has the best management. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and completed to a high standard by the Maintenance Team. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and approachable, which helps us feel at ease as tenants.

After long days at work, this is such a pleasant place to come home to. We moved into a two-bedroom flat last December and are very happy here. The layout works well, with a roomy open-plan living room and kitchen that has plenty of storage, and the balcony is a definite plus. Public transport is a short walk away, and Olympic Park is very close. Cansev and the rest of the Concierge Team have been consistently pleasant and helpful with all our concerns and issues.
