I go to this post office regularly, and Hemali and Darshan are always welcoming and kind. They’re patient and helpful, and every time I visit they give excellent service with a smile, making sure everything goes smoothly. In my experience, they’re the best in London. Their professionalism and friendly attitude make each visit a positive one, and I really appreciate their consistent hard work and outstanding customer service.
The team at Hemaly keep things running smoothly, even when it’s busy. They’re friendly and professional, and always greet people with a smile. I really appreciate how welcome they make customers feel and the great service every time I visit.
Whenever I have a question, I go back to the window and Darshan sorts it out quickly and really helpfully. I always leave happy with the service. Thanks, Darshan. Keep up the good work 👍
I’m grateful to have staff like this at my local post office. I come in for banking and posting, and the team are always ready to go the extra mile to help. They’re really good, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Keep it up, guys.
Darshan is so positive and helpful. Whenever I ask him something, he answers and gives me useful information. He’s polite and kind too. East Acton Post Office has the best employees of all the local post offices I go to. I’d give Darshan 100 stars if I could. Amazing customer service! 👍👏👏
