Chapter Kings Cross - Campus Accommodation

I had a really positive visit to Chapter King’s Cross. I first popped in to ask if I could use the toilet, and Zawdie kindly said yes straight away. I mentioned how beautiful and well presented the reception looked, then asked if I could see the accommodation. Zawdie was very accommodating and took me around. The rooms were impressively clean, modern, and well maintained, and the property looked to be kept to a high standard throughout. After the tour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a “dig in” bag. It was a thoughtful, generous touch. The facilities and customer service both made a great impression, and I’d highly recommend Chapter King’s Cross based on my experience.

I’ve had a very positive experience living at Chapter Kings Cross. It’s in a great spot near St Pancras International, so getting around is easy, and my university is within walking distance. The building feels safe and organised, and it’s well managed. When something goes wrong, it gets handled efficiently. Doreen especially stands out: she deals with any issues I have quickly and professionally. The wider team is consistently helpful and responsive, which makes everyday life smooth and stress-free.

The high standards were clear as soon as I looked around Chapter Kings Cross. Everything seemed clean, new, and well kept, and I even left with a goodie bag full of treats. The location, price, and common areas made Chapter Hotel King’s Cross a great choice for my stay in London. My room was comfortable and quiet, especially since it faced the solar panels and got little street noise or noise from neighbors. It was clean when I arrived, though the chairs and curtains had some stains that looked ingrained. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked having a kitchenette because I don’t always want to eat out. A bedside lamp would’ve been handy for reading or relaxing without switching on the main light, and a colander in the kitchen would be useful too. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would recommend it.
