The location is hard to beat, close to Oxford Street shopping and all the attractions. There’s no restaurant on site, but the chain has four restaurants 10 metres from the hotel, with a wide selection at reasonable prices. The 34-square-metre room was great, everything was clean, and the small details were very well done. The thick, high-quality towels actually worked, too. Staff were really friendly. An exceptionally good hotel, highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at Chateau Denmark a few times and keep enjoying coming back. It has a distinctive character and a great atmosphere, and it feels comfortable in a way that makes each visit memorable. The service is consistently good. I especially want to mention George, one of the butlers. He’s professional, polite and welcoming, with a calm, positive manner and real attention to detail. He treats guests with respect and care, and clearly understands good hospitality. That adds a lot to the stay.

We stayed in “903 Ecstasy”, with a garden balcony, a full bar and a wild sound system with Bluetooth. The gothic “game of thrones” style made it feel like a destination in itself. Coolest hotel ever.

The service was really disappointing, and the hospitality fell far below the standard the hotel presents. I asked where breakfast was served, but nobody guided me. Five minutes before the breakfast room opened, I was standing outside its closed door while staff looked away and ignored me. That felt disrespectful and left me very disappointed. This wasn’t the level of service I expected from the hotel. I won’t stay there again, and I’ll let my network know about the service I received. Have a good day.
