The place was clean and comfortable, and it was convenient for restaurants, markets, and public transport. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The one drawback was that our room wasn’t made up during our three-night stay, and we ran out of clean linens on the last day.

The staff were the highlight, all so friendly and helpful. Manager Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to sort out an issue with another reservation. We’ll definitely be back soon. We stayed four nights. My daughter checked in ahead of me, found the first room dirty, and they moved her straight away. The replacement room was perfect, clean and spacious, with a useful kitchenette and even a washer/dryer unit. The location was great too, with lots of bars and restaurants a block away. Our only complaint was the terrible smell, maybe sewer, in the first-floor hallway throughout our stay.

The room itself was nice, but I had to deal with the woman at reception twice and she was unfriendly both times. Asking for basic things like a printed receipt seemed to be a huge inconvenience to her. I can’t really recommend staying here when you’re likely to feel unwanted and like a burden just for being there.

The location and staff were great, and we’d highly recommend it. We stayed for a weekend, booked through the website, and added breakfast for just £1 extra per person. We were upgraded to the deluxe apartment, which had everything we needed.

Fast, friendly service, and the hotel room was really spacious. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were much too hard too. I kept waking up with neck pain from them. Even the soap and shampoo didn’t smell good.
