City London Hotel

The staff were the highlight: friendly, lovely and helpful the whole time. They kept our bags securely after checkout while we explored, and gave us useful tips on places to see around London. For the price, we had a really good stay at City London Hotel. The room was clean, cosy and on the small side, which felt fair for what we paid and the handy location near many main attractions. Breakfast was a very basic continental spread, just as advertised, so there were no surprises. I'd recommend it to anyone on a budget who wants a clean room with a bed and bathroom in a convenient spot.

We stayed three nights at City London Hotel and would happily return. The staff were friendly, very cordial and professional in how they acted and dressed. I especially liked getting a rose when we arrived, a lovely touch. The room was clean and recently updated, and we felt secure. I thought it was great value, and they also included snacks and free bottles of water. Thanks for a great stay.

Breakfast was delicious, and the double room was clean, cosy and warm. The staff were kind and very helpful. London's main sights are close by, with lots of public transport around if you want to travel farther. I highly recommend the hotel 🥰

The rooms are clean and small, but have everything you need, and the price is good for the location. Staff were fairly friendly. The thin walls are a problem, though: you can hear everything on your floor, and a neighbour slamming their door sounds like they're coming into your room. I didn't sleep well through the night.
