City Pads Hyde Park

Our toddler neighbor upstairs ran around late into the evening, but the hotel dealt with it quickly after I called the front desk. I’d also have liked USB charging ports by the bedside tables. The staff were respectful and efficient, though the front desk service felt only just friendly enough. We arrived early, left our bags, and explored the city before check-in. We booked through Expedia for a couple of days in London. The hotel is right by Hyde Park, in the Paddington area I like, though away from the more touristy parts of town. It’s in a safe area and a solid choice if you want to be near the park without the city’s craziness. Rooms are well appointed but small, and the double beds are too small for a couple in my view. Bathrooms are cramped too, although the towels are plush and the water pressure is good. Overall, we had a good stay.

I loved my stay and have just checked out. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with Molton Brown toiletries. It’s tucked away on a quiet residential street, less than a ten-minute walk from busy Paddington station. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

The room was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping team, and they let us extend checkout by 40 minutes. There’s also luggage storage, which was handy. We had strong WiFi, a spacious kitchen in our suite, and an extra baby cot. The one drawback was that neither of the two TVs could connect to a phone. Mr. Ionut gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout. The hotel is clean and modern, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The lobby smells amazing as soon as you walk in and gives a luxurious first impression. We also really liked the drinks at the bar. Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay. 10/10, and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in London.

Even though I arrived early, my room was ready, so I didn’t need to leave my bags and head out to Hyde Park as planned. The room was spacious, elegant, spotless, and really peaceful. Kitchen and coffee areas were well stocked, and the bathroom had nice Molton Brown products. The front desk staff were friendly and available around the clock to help keep the place secure. I’d strongly recommend this spot for a London visit.
