Ramiz at reception made check-in easy and was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. I really appreciated his service. Ellen Kensington was clean and comfortable, with a lovely lobby, good bar and restaurant facilities, and a very nice breakfast selection. I also appreciated having the option of a smoking room. Earl’s Court Station is just a 2-3 minute walk away, which made getting around London straightforward. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The room and bathroom felt new and were clean, with everything we needed and some thoughtful little touches. We expected the compact double to be small. Our window looked onto the backs of residential buildings, but it was quiet and private. One design issue: water ran out of the shower onto the floor, so remember to put down the bath mat. The strong air conditioning was a real plus during the heatwave weekend, and we slept comfortably. We'd originally booked one night, then added another reservation shortly before the trip because the third-party platform wouldn't let us extend the first one. The hotel let us keep the same room and checked us in early that morning, which we appreciated. Staff were always smiling when we came and went, and generally helpful and quick to respond. The location felt safe and convenient, near the tube and plenty of restaurants and shops. The bar looked relaxed, though we didn't have time to try it or the restaurant this visit. I'd consider staying here again next time I'm in London.

We had a ground-floor suite facing Barkston Garden, and it was beautiful. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've had in a London hotel, and the spacious bathrooms were elegant and well designed. The rooms combine comfort and practicality with a contemporary feel. Ellen Kensington sits on a quiet street in Kensington, near Earl’s Court station. It's easy to get around from there, while the neighborhood still has a peaceful, residential feel. The hotel pairs the look of a classic London townhouse with attentive Asian hospitality. From arrival, the team made us feel welcome, with personal, thoughtful service. The Ellen Bar is cozy, and the drinks are reasonably priced. I also found the rates refreshingly reasonable for a premium stay in Kensington. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely hospitality, and almost feels like a secret you want to keep to yourself. Still, it's too good not to share.

The peaceful atmosphere and comfy bed made my four-night stay especially good. My room was spotless and well equipped, including a mini fridge, and looked out over the patio and dining area. Breakfast had everything I wanted, and the coffee was good enough that I didn't need to go to a local coffee shop afterward. The breakfast room is lovely, with seating indoors and outside. The hotel is on a beautiful street in Earls Court, my favorite part of London to stay in. I've tried various hotels here over the years and think I've finally found my regular. It's a short walk to the tube, near plenty of bus routes, shops and restaurants, and an easy walk to South Kensington's museums, parks and gardens. The welcoming staff and cheerful, comfortable decor made it feel like home. I loved my stay enough to book again for September/October, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

The rooms were spotless and kept in good shape, and the service was friendly and efficient throughout. Sheikh and Sitarah gave me a warm welcome and made check-in smooth. The staff made me feel at home. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
