Cleveland Residences Kensington

The room's cleanliness was a real disappointment. There were long hairs on the towels and across the bed sheets when I checked in, which made me wonder whether the linens had been changed or the room properly cleaned after the last guest. I’d expected to leave five stars because the price was reasonable and the midnight concierge was friendly and provided excellent service. This spoiled what could have been a pleasant stay.

Alex, the guest relations manager, was a real highlight. They were friendly, quick to help with every request, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and the quiet backyard felt like an oasis. We also loved strolling past the Victorian houses, cafes, restaurants, bistros, and shops in the neighborhood. Earl's Court underground station was a short walk away, and the location offered great value and made getting around London easy. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve stayed in lots of places, and this was a great choice for visiting London. The tube station is just a three-minute walk away. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Shubihi, who helped us a lot. The room was clean, and we’ll definitely come back.

The office team were professional and polite, and they let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after our stay. We paid under 100€ for the night, and the room was perfect. Earl Court Station was only a few minutes away on foot. Thanks, we’ll stay with you again on our next trip to London.
