Housekeeping was brilliant during my pleasant three-night stay. As a gold member, I stayed in an Executive room on the 7th floor. The restaurant and all-day room dining aren’t actually available 24 hours, despite what a notice at the site said. When I asked about room dining at 11, I was told the restaurant could serve from 12PM. Deliveroo came to my rescue. There’s a McDonald's just opposite the hotel, Uber and Uber Eats are only minutes away, North acton station is within walking distance, and buses are a minute away.

Prerna made our two nights at Holiday Inn Express London - West feel special. She was warm and polite from the start, kept checking that we were comfortable, and quickly handled anything we asked for. Her thoughtful attention made a real difference. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort and caring service.
Getting around London was easy, with North Acton and Acton Main Line stations both a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Shivam at reception, who politely helped with all our questions. Our room was clean, looked after, and serviced on time. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, too. A comfortable stay and good value.
The restaurant was the highlight of my work trip. It was pricey, especially £8.50 for a pint of Guinness, but Abinsya gave lovely service and Adrian's food was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the clean bathroom was functional. My room itself was only average, though: the fridge was nearly useless and the a/c barely worked, so I was glad the windows opened. The location suited my work, and fixing those two things would have made the stay much better.
The staff were welcoming, and the blonde woman who checked us in also checked us out, though I didn't catch her name. We'd told them we were celebrating my partner's birthday, and they decorated the room with balloons, rose petals, and elephant towels. We were also upgraded, which we were really happy about. The third-floor room was a decent size, and we enjoyed the fruit platter in the minibar for our first anniversary, though we had to ask reception about it because no one mentioned it when we arrived. There was no information about minibar prices either. I picked the hotel for its price and because it was as close to central London as I could get for that cost. It is a little way from the centre, but the price was good.
