Rishabh, the concierge, did a lot to make our stay at the Althoff St. James Hotel memorable. He was warm, smiling and helpful from the moment we arrived, and his professionalism made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to help with everything we needed, and his kindness and charm really stood out. We spent the weekend there and had a wonderful time. We'll definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

The interior felt inviting, and the staff made the whole evening pleasant. I had a three-course meal yesterday evening, and everything from the welcome to the food and the educational conversation was outstanding. The menu felt good value, the chef's presentation was spectacular, and the atmosphere was great. I left very satisfied, with lovely memories.

We really liked our room at this beautiful hotel, and the staff were kind. Special thanks to Winston for looking after us so well at breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

The staff were pleasant, the toiletries were nice, and the room was large enough. I liked the coffee facilities, and the lack of a view didn't bother me. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, and getting in and out of the shower over the bath takes quite a lift of the leg. Check the “tip” on the bill, I'd never had that before and had it removed. For the location it was a decent price, and at that price I'd stay again.

This was our third stay, and the place is spotless. The staff are tremendous too. A big thank you to Iveta from housekeeping for finding my purse in the safe, and to head of housekeeping Anabela for calling me and putting it in the hotel safe. I really appreciate the help.
