London was easy to explore from here: the Underground gets you to central London in minutes, nearby buses run all night, and you can reach just about anywhere in the city or beyond within an hour. It’s a very reasonable price for such a good base. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and came with several amenities and a small kitchen. We visited during an extreme heatwave, so the AC was a lifesaver. The keypad lock meant no physical keycards to carry around. The balcony wasn't accessible to guests, though the window gave us a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We did hear quite a bit through the thin walls from other rooms, but things settled down around midnight and we had no trouble falling asleep.

A lift made getting around the building easy, and reception handled our check-in smoothly and responded quickly. The apartment was bright and clean in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with plenty of cafes and shops a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, spacious, and well located, and having a kitchen was a plus. I was disappointed that we had to buy everything ourselves, even tea, salt, and pepper. We’d brought food in tupperware and left our bags at reception for a couple of hours after check-out. As we were leaving, a staff member returned the luggage. When I loaded the car, I found the tupperware broken and pudding spread through the plastic bag. It had survived many trips before, so I was upset that it didn’t make it through two hours in luggage storage. I suspect other bags had been stacked on top.

We were able to drop off our bags when we arrived early, which was a big help. Our clean room had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was great. We were on the ground floor next to reception and worried it might be noisy, but it was fine.

The apartment was small but had the basics for a comfortable stay. Noise from other apartments was frequent, and with no sign outside, it was hard to find at first. The location was convenient, with easy access to different kinds of public transport.
