Comfotel BLU

I had a great three-night stay in November and would look to book here again on my next London visit. The room was very clean, and the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and showed me to it. The location was excellent, with easy access to key central spots. Thanks.

The location was ideal, close to Westfield and with central London nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Great hotel and excellent service.

The only good thing about this stay was a lovely, kind woman who cleaned our rooms. Everything else was dreadful, and I’d say avoid this hotel. I’d paid booking.com for 3 nights, but on the final night our key card stopped working, so we couldn’t get into the building or our room. The front desk was supposed to be open 24/7, but nobody was there. We called the hotel repeatedly, left messages, and emailed, with no response. I was stranded outside on a Saturday night with my children. In the end I had to pay for another hotel, without any of our belongings, since they were all in the room. We came back the next morning, and the desk clerk told me to email to claim a refund. I sent multiple complaint emails to the hotel and booking.com asking for our money back, but got no reply and no refund. I’m very angry and disappointed.

The room was clean and spacious, just right for a comfortable night. Shepherd’s Bush Road is a great location, with Westfield handy for shoppers and Sainsbury’s right across the street. Parking takes some planning, but it can be done. I highly recommend it.
