Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch

Breakfast was the worst part. There was no healthy food, just convenience items and an English breakfast. It’s a recipe for a heart attack. The hotel itself was nice, but years without maintenance show. The spa water taps are broken, there are scratches and patches of missing paint, and the rooms aren’t clean. I found hairs in the bath and on the floor. You can really feel the cost cutting. The industry seems to be getting worse after COVID.

The staff made our cinema screening at the Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch a fantastic experience. Rafi, Blesson, Qassim, and Daljith gave us the best customer service we could’ve asked for, and Nanda deserves a big thank you for excellent sales service and top-tier hospitality. They took care of everything, not just the screening. This place is luxury at its peak. There’s a lot going on in one spot, from rooms and events to a movie theater, spa, bars, and restaurants. I’d recommend it for a corporate event or a personal getaway. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

The staff were helpful and relaxed throughout, and we felt really welcome. We’d definitely come back for a spa day, especially for the customer service, which was the best I’ve seen in a long time. We felt the good vibes as soon as we walked into the hotel. The first person who greeted us told us about the building’s history, and we loved that they keep it alive.

With its sophisticated, mysterious, creative feel, the Courthouse Hotel could be the setting for a contemporary London film. It captures the city’s modern artistic soul in a distinctive way.
