The property managers were utterly racist. They cancelled our reservation request just because we were from India. Pathetic!

The shower had no warm water and was moldy, and the heating didn't work. Only one portable heater worked. Half the lights were out, and customer service wouldn't answer my calls. Edit: After my stay, they didn't return my £300 safety deposit either. The company won't return my calls or answer my emails.

The apartment was unbearably hot. Turning down the heat barely helped, and the fan didn't work either. The bathroom lights came on automatically, which may save energy, but they kept switching off while I was showering. I had to climb out and wave my hands around to get them back on. The only reason for the two stars is the location.

A fantastic apartment and a great spot for getting around London. It can be noisy at night and disturb your sleep, so the windows could use soundproofing.

I've never seen worse customer service.
