Breakfast was delicious, with fresh food, plenty of choice and lovely service each morning. The hotel is near everything, but the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. My room was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed, and it was clean and carefully looked after. The whole place had a calm feel. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and were kind and ready to help. Crescent Hotel was one of my best hotel stays, and I'd gladly return. I recommend it if you're after comfort, tranquility and professional service.

Russell Square tube station is just a short walk away, so getting around London was easy. Even with such a central spot, the street in Bloomsbury was quiet, and the communal gardens in the square opposite added to the peaceful feel. Crescent Hotel combines classic London charm with modern comfort. My room was quiet, cozy and very comfortable, with clean, well-presented furnishings, good bedding and plenty of amenities. It felt like a home away from home after sightseeing. Breakfast was freshly prepared, with a tasty choice from a hearty English breakfast to continental options. The service was quick and friendly. The team were welcoming and professional, and handled requests efficiently. They also shared useful local tips. I found the hotel excellent value, and its location and atmosphere were both charming. I'd highly recommend it and will book it again for my next London stay.

Getting where we needed to go was easy, even though the neighborhood was quiet. The location is a 10/10. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. I can't praise them enough.

The room was cozy and quiet, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The location's very good too. I had a pleasant stay and can't really find anything to complain about, so I'm not sure why the hotel gets lower ratings.
