Crowne Plaza London Ealing by IHG

I spent two nights here and left speaking fluent Hindi! I enjoyed chatting with harsh even more than the amazing food. He’s a small man with a huge personality, an infectious smile and fantastic humour. The restaurant hospitality was brilliant, especially his. He’s a real asset to the place and deserves a pay rise or bonus. Thanks as well to Yash, the tall handsome hunk, and Mani with his beautiful flowing hair.

The only thing I’d change is the lighting. There are plenty of lights, but the room still felt a little dim. Otherwise it was a great stay, with good staff. The rooms are spacious, laid out well and have comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and bedding. Heating controls work well and aren’t restricted centrally by the hotel. Bathroom water pressure was good too, which isn’t always the case at a big hotel chain, trust me, I’ve stayed around. Just be aware that on-site parking costs £19 a day, though you can come and go as often as you like.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and Saad and Pedro, along with the rest of the team, were super friendly. It’s easy to get to all the main sights from here, and having a tram right beside the hotel makes it especially handy for concerts and other events. I’d definitely stay again!

I was in town for a conference, and the staff were so helpful. It was a hot day, so they gave me water and let me use the gym before my room was ready. The room was clean, and the hotel is easy to get around, close to hanger lane station. Saad (Sadite?) greeted me with a friendly smile every morning. He was especially helpful, as were the staff generally.
