Bhaumik helped me fix the problems with my Hilton Honors account that I’d been struggling with for ages. In just a few minutes, he consolidated my multiple accounts successfully. His kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression throughout my stay, and I hope to see him again when I return to London. I was in town for business last week, travelling from the States, and arrived around 10:00 AM after a long, exhausting flight. I hadn’t expected my room to be ready that early, but Bhaumik somehow made it available, arranged complimentary early check-in and gave me lounge access. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked, he also managed to extend my stay in the same room, which had a wonderful city view. He really seemed like a super person from another planet. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks for all his support. He’s an exceptional person and a real asset to the hotel.

We stayed in rooms 813 and 814, which connected and could be opened up together, making them very convenient for our family. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with excellent beds. I was there with my wife and son, and we had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge. The staff were friendly, smiling and always ready to help with whatever we needed, which made us feel welcome. The location, service and atmosphere were all lovely. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The complimentary dried fruit at check-in was a thoughtful touch and made our arrival feel even more welcoming. Bhaumik at the Front Desk greeted us with a big smile and made us feel valued right away. He recognized our Hilton Membership and kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade. Bhoumik’s hospitality made the stay memorable. We hope to return to London next year and would be delighted to stay at the same hotel.

The on-site lounge and restaurant are good, and most of the front desk staff are helpful. The whole place is clean, and housekeeping is on point. It delivers the Hilton standard and is in a great connected location. The main drawback is the conferences. There was one on three of the four days we stayed, and unless you go late afternoon or at night, you have to walk through them to reach the exercise room.
