After two months, the parking issue was still upsetting. SMART PARKING took the charge but didn't update its records, even after the hotel told them to fix a one-letter mistake. They were slow to resolve it and didn't cooperate well with the hotel. Thanks to the manager and staff who helped sort my issue out. The reception staff were helpful, and my experience with them was good. The rooms were clean, the bed was good, bathroom fine, and there was decent parking space. Make sure the parking details and payment are confirmed at check-in. Reception should check the vehicle plate with customers and confirm it in the system, since a small human error can lead to big problems. Managers and reception staff dealing with parking should update the system promptly when an issue is reported.

Sahana at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, five stars just for her. After an overnight flight we had a great one-night stay, and being able to check in a little early was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the room was great. As two women travelling, we felt safe walking around the neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

The little one loved that one side of the building looks like a castle. The lobby and dining area were calm and well looked after, and the rooms were well tended. Staff, including the room staff, were wonderful. I had a lovely vegan breakfast, though I did have to ask for the vegan meat substitute. Just a few small issues: some rust, trouble with the shower, and no bin bags.

I picked this hotel because I love their cookies, but they were overcooked, crispy, and not very good. Our room was clean but outdated. I couldn't find a restaurant nearby, so we were stuck with the hotel's slow, overpriced restaurant.
