Earls Court Gardens Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness met our expectations, which mattered a lot to us. We stayed three nights in a private room with its own bathroom, and it suited our needs well. My one small suggestion is to include a hand towel along with the two bath towels. We’d definitely book there again if we return to London.

We often visit London and have stayed here before because we like having a budget hotel. It used to feel quite old and in need of a facelift, though the public transport links and nearby amenities were great. This time, we were surprised to find every room newly renovated. The rooms are comfortable, everything has been replaced, and the mattress and pillows are just perfect. A great place to stay. Well done!

We stayed during the last week of May. The room was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. As a woman, I found it safe and easy to get to. I’ll definitely come back.

Even with renovation work going on, the staff kept the area clean and safe for us to walk through. My partner and I had a really good stay, and the staff made sure we were well looked after. We’d stay there again.
