This place feels like a home away from home, and I always feel well looked after. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. Big thanks to Nira and Amy at the front desk, who were always welcoming. Seeing Nira's cheerful smile each day made us feel at home right away. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The location is excellent, and the gym is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. Laundry facilities also make longer stays easy. Everything feels comfortable and straightforward here. I'd happily recommend it and keep coming back.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was amazing. We were happy with the room we eventually settled into: it was large, had lots of light from the street-facing windows, and included a small side room with a well-equipped kitchenette and breakfast table. We'd booked a two-room suite for four nights because we wanted some space, and expected something like the pictures. The first room, on the fifth floor, had a very low ceiling, no view or direct light, and windows facing a roof abutment. It felt dreary and a little claustrophobic. The staff kindly showed us a similar room with higher ceilings, but its windows looked onto some sort of air shaft, so there was hardly any light. They then showed us the brighter room we chose. I gave it three stars because I don't feel I can trust what I'm booking, especially at nearly $400 a night.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. Sound insulation was poor, though. We could hear the air conditioning or the timber floor upstairs. Big thanks to the breakfast chef for the food and service. The display was great, and they patiently explained the coffee machine and asked what we wanted. When they found out we couldn't get breakfast the next day, they offered a takeaway box and gave us milk, juice and ice too. I was really impressed.

We stayed two nights while visiting royal albert hall. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had no issues. My one small niggle was that the woman checking us in asked if we'd travelled far and requested ID. I know we're in London, but we've never had that happen at any London hotel before. We had only come from Hertfordshire.
