The breakfast was decent, but that's about the only thing I liked. I stayed a few weeks with my two small children. Family room #1 was dingy and not cleaned well, and the bathroom had mold and peeling paint. I started feeling sick, then spotted black mold on the wall behind my bed. When I showed the caretaker, he said he'd paint over it. I told him it needed to be bleached because it was making me sick, but he assured me he'd paint it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with children, even with a playground Park nearby.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff did everything they could to help. Frithwood is an easy walk from Northwood Tube station, so I could get into the city in under an hour whenever I wanted. It does feel crowded when the house is full, though, and the WiFi suffers too.

The hosts were friendly enough, but there was mold on the bed base. In the morning, the shower and sink weren't working.

Breakfast was OK, but the rest wasn't great. It was a little dirty, the television was broken, and the place wasn't quite as advertised.
