Our family of five had a cosy stay, and the care from the team made a real difference, especially for our daughter, who has celiac disease. The culinary team handled her dietary needs very carefully, and looked out for the rest of us too, so breakfast felt worry-free. Fatiha, Omer, and Nurik were particularly warm and attentive. We left feeling grateful and would love to come back.

Breakfast had a good range of options, and the shared areas were clean and inviting. The amenities were well maintained too. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable layout that felt homey. Haseeb and Hsu were genuinely welcoming and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and I'd gladly stay here again, whether for a short visit or a longer one.

The room and service team were great, and everything else was fine once we got past the carpet. Some of it looks atrocious, with stains that seem like they've been there since 2001. It's gross and gives guests a bad first impression. Please put money into the look and feel of the place and get rid of this issue. Guests shouldn't walk in and immediately wonder what they've done. Make the investment.

Being close to London Bridge Station made the location perfect for us. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of different items each day. Ioyanda and Mahabuba were extremely nice and efficient, and Faiz and Minhaj were the friendliest, most welcoming receptionists, always greeting us with lovely smiles.

We came from Canada to visit London and found the location ideal, near Tower Bridge, restaurants, attractions, and transport. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice, quality ingredients, and attentive service. The staff around the property were professional, welcoming, and accommodating. This is a well-run Marriott in a great part of London, and I'd recommend it to families and business travellers alike. Book with confidence.
