The facilities are all well maintained and new, and the apartment has the latest equipment. My family and I stayed for a week and felt right at home. Rsmona is kind and caring, and the location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. It felt like the best place to stay in London for that homely feeling.

Kew is a lovely area, and the apartment was very pleasant. Shops, museums, Kew Botanic Gardens, and public transport are all right nearby. The hosts were fantastic, and Ramona made us feel so welcome. She even remembered my birthday. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and getting there by car was easy with straightforward parking. The train station is close by too, and Kew Gardens is an easy stroll away. There are also two lovely museums right next door, the Water / Steam and Musical Instruments museums. Inside, everything felt superb, from the beds and kitchen to the shower and bath. It’s the best family accommodation we’ve stayed in in London, with lovely fittings and a building that feels new and well cared for. We’d choose it first for another London trip. Thanks again.

We loved staying here with my parents, especially as we were celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday. Ramona welcomed us in person when we arrived and was easy to reach with questions, checking in on us and being very helpful. She even let us use her Kew Gardens pass for free, and the gardens are beautiful and well worth a visit. The apartment is comfortable, nicely furnished, in a good area, and has all the essentials. It’s handy for getting around London, with a bus stop and Tube station nearby, and Sainsbury is just a few steps away for groceries. I found the property on booking .com and made the reservation there. Thank you, Ramona.
