Vida House

Living at Vida House was a fantastic experience. They’ve made a real effort to give tenants a comfortable home, and communication has been easy and quick from the start. The team is professional and genuinely caring. I’d highly recommend renting from them.

We ended up leaving because of an unexpected change in our lives, though my partner and I would have happily stayed beyond our year at Vida House. The place is great value for the space, and the location is handy for major stations and big supermarkets. The appliances are good quality, even the flooring is nice, and there’s a parcel room and locker on site along with a maintenance team. Rebecca and Sam’s service is what really makes it special. We moved in during renovations, which brought some challenges, but Sam and Rebecca kept us informed as soon as they could. They were supportive, understanding, and quick to respond. Even a request for a meter reading was sorted the same day. When we were renewing, Rebecca did her best to negotiate a fair price without a big increase, which showed how much she cares about the tenants. Moving in had also been fast and smooth. We’d both be very happy to return, and I can’t recommend the place enough to anyone looking in this area.

We’re loving our stay at Vida so far. The flat was repainted before we moved in, and new blinds had been put up. I especially like the big windows in the lounge and bedroom because they bring in so much natural light. The flats are spacious for the price compared with others on the market, and the hallways inside are surprisingly large. The building is quiet, secure, and private, with a tidy exterior and well-kept grounds. There’s a back garden where pets can go, plus bike storage and parking, and we haven’t had any problems with pet noise. Sam was helpful during the viewing and gave accurate details about the property and units. The on-site team, Sam and Rebecca, have handled all our requests before and during the tenancy promptly, including swapping the lounge sofa and collecting the TV stand because it didn’t fit our TV. We appreciate how responsive they are.

We had to move for work, which is a shame after a year in an immaculate apartment at Vida House. The building is safe, warm, well maintained, and has excellent transport connections. Compared with places we’ve lived before, the management company has been especially attentive and the block is very well run. I’d highly recommend living here.
