The Drey

The Drey was a good-value stay in a lovely part of London, and I’d gladly recommend it and come back. It’s an easy walk to Earl’s Court Underground, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractive streets nearby. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, with a good bed, coffee machine, and quality toiletries. The hotel has a modern style and a relaxed, welcoming feel. Staff were helpful and friendly, and check-in and checkout were both quick and smooth.

The staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful. They stored my luggage when I arrived and replied promptly to requests through their website and app. You can tell they care about guests having a good stay. I was there in early December, just two weeks after opening, and had a great experience. My room was small but clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding, just right for sleeping if you plan to spend most of the day out in London. The location by Earl's Court Station was perfect, and I felt very safe. There are lots of nearby shops for whatever you need, and nothing felt far away. I’d stay again and recommend it to others. Looking forward to seeing them grow and get their systems even more settled.

The staff were great and really tried to help us, and the location is excellent. We changed rooms three times as our plans changed. The first room was the best, large and beautiful, with high ceilings and a lovely view. The next rooms were much smaller; one had no TV, and the smallest had no window. That was the hardest for me because I felt I couldn’t breathe. The rooms are new and the hotel service is excellent, but they need some work and a proper check to make sure everything is in place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were very courteous. It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot, just a four-minute walk from Earls Ct tube station. I’d have given five stars, but the rooms need foldable luggage stands, and the hot water didn’t work properly. I woke at 6 a.m. for the airport and there was no hot water.
