The staff were very good, and the room was clean and modern. There was no natural light, but prices were very reasonable. I asked for extra pillows and towels and they arrived quickly. The continental breakfast was very good too. I’d stay again.

The condition of the room was far below any reasonable standard for £224 a night. It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower dripped all night, and the air conditioning was so noisy that proper sleep was almost impossible. Cleanliness was poor throughout: the carpet was heavily stained and felt unhygienic, the washed bedding still had visible marks, and the duvet had yellowed with prolonged use. The bathroom was just as bad, with a sticky floor, multiple hairs around the room, dried residue on the shampoo dispensers, and water stains all over the shower glass. These are basic housekeeping issues that should never be overlooked. This isn’t a budget price, and the room was nowhere near acceptable.

We demand an immediate full refund and a complimentary stay for the damages and the unprofessional conduct of your staff. We’re prepared to escalate through legal channels and international partners. We work only with the best, and your current management falls far below that standard. Resolve this immediately. We are the management team for @z27hausoficial, and we do not tolerate the lack of integrity shown by Hub Premier Inn London Tower Bridge. Our director came to the property on the 14th to resolve a booking discrepancy in person. A verbal agreement was reached with night manager Jerry. In our industry, a man’s word is a binding contract, and failing to honor it is a breach of professional ethics. We allowed a reasonable period, from the 14th to the 22nd, for a resolution. Instead, staff filed a fraudulent 'No-Show' report in the internal system. This is a direct attempt to misappropriate £97 and wasted our team's operational time, which is worth much more than the booking itself. Let it be clear: we don’t leave unresolved issues behind.

I had a stunning view from the window and a comfortable bed. The two bottles of water and box of Malteser’s were a nice welcome too. It was my first time at this hotel, probably my best Hub stay ever, and definitely won’t be my last.
