The staff were lovely and quick to help whenever we needed something, and the manager offered free breakfast after the duvet issue. We got fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water after having to go downstairs to ask for the towels again. The breakfast itself was adequate, with the basics covered, and fine for what it would usually cost. I’d recommend the place overall, though the organization needs work. The room had everything we needed despite being small. It was mostly clean, apart from a few stains and dust on the small shelf by the bed, which a wet wipe could have sorted. Under the clean sheets, though, the duvet was heavily stained, so we asked for another one. We asked that the room not be cleaned the next day, but requested fresh towels. They hadn’t been changed when we returned that night, so we had to ask downstairs. At breakfast, there were no forks, and we had to find a staff member for one. There were no bowls either, so we had toast first and planned to have oats later. Half an hour after we arrived, the bowls still hadn’t been restocked, so we used cups instead.

The rooms are fine, with a smart TV and a nice-looking shower, and they have what you need. If you’re mostly staying in, it’s okay. If you’ll be coming and going, I’d give it 5/5. Some of the staff seem glued to their phones and like they’d rather be anywhere else. Bray was the reason I gave the service five stars. He felt authentic and carried the staff and atmosphere. At other Premier Inns the service is good because the staff are robotic, but this guy was different. Some of the others could use a coffee or a new job.

Antonio and Shoaib were so lovely and attentive. They even turned on an extra heater for me in the lobby. The food is good and cheap, £8 for unlimited breakfast in zone 1, basically. The place has a warm, cosy feel and design, and the lobby is great for working. It’s right by the station and a bus stop too. Highly recommend x

The room was spotlessly clean, and the location is first class, only 100yds from West Brompton underground and overground station, plus the main bus routes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a basic but tasty cooked breakfast, as well as tea and coffee available 24 hours. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Getting around is easy from here, with West Brompton station about a 1-minute walk away for Overground and District Line services, and Earl’s Court Tube station around 8 minutes away. The room is very compact, but clean, modern and comfortable, just right if you mainly need somewhere to sleep after exploring the city. A great budget option for transport links and a cheap, modern stay at hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton.
