The key pickup is only 0.2 mile away, about a five-minute walk, despite what some people say. The spot is great for public transport and would work well for a night or two. The rooms are small but clean, and there was a bit of noise, though I could sleep through it.

Good value for a brief visit. We booked two rooms, and one was much bigger than the other, since the sizes vary. Both were clean and had tea and coffee supplies and a safe. The main downside was the very thin walls. People upstairs were banging around and playing music for most of the night, keeping us awake.

The room had everything we needed. It's in a great spot, very close to Victoria station, with buses, trains, and metros nearby.

We'd arranged and given our check-in time in advance, then arrived at 15:15. The key was at another hotel two streets away. When we reached our room, guests were still in it, so we walked back to the other hotel and were told it wouldn't be ready until at least 18:30. We'd already spent the day shopping and sightseeing and were exhausted, with tickets for a 19:30 show. They said there were no other rooms. I will not stay here again. Avoid it if you're hoping for a relaxing break, because your plans could fall apart.
